If you have ordered a print only, we recommend getting it framed by a professional framer as soon as possible to protect it from damage.
If you have ordered a framed print it is protected behind the plexiglass but please do not sure chemical cleaners or similar that may damage the surface. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth with water (no chemicals) when cleaning.
If you have ordered a framed print, it is ready to hang!
Lightweight museum grade 3mm plexiglass is used to ensure that your framed artwork is installed easily and does not require a professional hanging service. The plexiglass is lighter than glass which helps to protect your work from UV damage and also has the added advantage of being shatter proof.
Our standard framed print does not include a white border but is available upon request. Please contact us with your request.

Our native environment is at the heart of our photography and we place a very high value on being sustainable and supporting other Australian businesses too. We ensure sustainability through the following:
- Minimising our footprint when we photograph. We take care with biosecurity risks to ensure our photography doesn’t introduce weeds, pests or other biosecurity risks into our native and rural environments.
- Where possible we use biodegradable packaging and carbon offset deliveries.
- We use an Australian based print and frame workshop in Melbourne Australia, supporting the employment of Australian people and using Australian materials.
- Our frames are produced from locally-sourced Victorian ash which has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC certification provides the highest level of protection for rare and endangered forests and wildlife of any existing forest certification scheme and is the only system that mandates consultation with local Indigenous Peoples.
- We print to a 300gsm 100% cotton rag, which is considered the most environmentally of photographic paper as it uses no tree fibres, instead it is produced from a recycled by-product of the textile making industry. While the cotton industry itself has much to answer for, as this is a by-product, it is considered to have low environmental impact as no cotton is grown specifically to make the paper stock.
Prints (unframed) will be rolled in acid free paper and shipped in heavy duty poster tube.
Framed prints are packaged in custom made biodegradable packaging and box, and are fully insured for damages.
